Girl’s Hostel Admission:

The process of hostel admission starts with the beginning of the new academic year. Dates of sale and submission of hostel admission forms are declared on the approval of Hon’ble Vice Chancellor and with guidance of the Registrar and the Rector. Initially the girls’ are given temporary admission in the hostel on the written recommendation of the respective Head of Department on the temporary admission form.

If a student cancels her admission during the period of temporary admission, she has to pay hostel fees on Per day basis, i.e. from the date of temporary admission into the hostel up to the cancellation of admission. Hostel admission forms received from girls seeking permanent admission, are classified as per merit and category. The lists of the names of students are sent to the concerned in charge of academic departments for selection.

Names of the selected students are displayed on the notice board. The students pay the hostel fees by filling out SAP challan in the given time. Rooms are allotted to girls by lottery system in the presence of the Rector.

Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University Provides excellent hostel facilities to students. We have built 05 girls’ hostels, the accommodation type of capacity of which is given below.

Note:-

1) Those student who possess their computer/Laptop in hostel will have to pay Rs.200/- as Computer Electric Charge Per Semester.

2) Students of M.Phil./ Ph.D./Research Fellow Etc. living in hostel in vacation  period will have to pay Rs.250/- as Extra Room Rent Per Semester       

Note : Deposit of Rs. 700/- is returned at the end of the course. The above mentioned fees do not include deposit.

All Girl’s Hostels are equipped with necessary facilities to make the staying comfortable. Hostel accommodation is provided on merit and in proportion to students strength in different academic programmes offered in the campus. Single seated rooms are reserved for research students and fellows while triple seated rooms are provided to post-graduate students. The rooms in hostel are ventilated, aerated and furnished with tables, chairs, fans, fluorescent lights. Each hostel has independent mess which is run by an authorized contract personnel. Quality food is made available at reasonable rates to the students. Apart from that,
